    The DXE entry level Call Handling Monitoring System. It provides a single Real Time Screen using large character windows.

    No more expensive than a software application such as Goldmine, DXE Supervisor is a very cost effective solution for that businesses that need to monitor their call handling performance.

    Although designed originally for smaller call centres the DXE Supervisor adds value to any business that needs to monitor its call handling performance. For example it could be used to monitor an operator or receptionists performance.

    DXE Supervisor is a PC Application that installs in any modern Pentium 200 upwards PC and provides summary information on call handling performance.

    DXE Supervisor is a module within the DXE InDepth range of MIS systems. Supervisor can be upgraded to provide access to all the InDepth modules such as the Indepth historical reporting.

    InDepth Plus

    InDepth is a comprehensive DXE Call Centre Management Information System.

    InDepth is a modern Windows based application supplied complete with PC and Remote Diagnostics/Configuration software.

    InDepth provides all the information that a Call Centre Manager requires efficiently manage the resources and grade of service with the call centre.

    The main reporting screens are free format allowing the supervisor to display the information they consider relevant for their own call centre. Any number of screen layouts can be designed and stored for future use.

    A module within InDepth is an Agent Manpower planning package. These are normally an optional package (if available at all) on other systems.

    Both physical and LAN based soft wallboard are available.

    Real Time screens are colour coded and can be alarmed if thresholds are exceeded.

    Current and historical reports can be exported to database applications.     The LAN Wallboard

    The InDepth LAN Wallboard is a networked software application that is installed on ACD agent PCs to provide real time call centre performance data.

    The LAN wallboard only works with InDepth or InDepth Plus. It is sold in blocks of five user licenses and provides a cost effective alternative to physical wallboards.

    Each LAN wallboard can be configured to suit a particular agent and allows up to 8 large character windows to be configured to show up to 250 different call centre parameters including:

  • Average Wait Time
  • Time to Answer
  • Calls Abandoned
