Telecom Midlands Limited ever mindful of the importance of reliable and consistent customer support, have for over 15 years provided customer maintenance and support throughout the United Kingdom. Working from our centralized location near Birmingham, our Maintenance Helpdesk, headed by our Service Manager, quickly responds to the needs of callers, either recording assistance requests or routing them to a member of the technical response unit.

Remote diagnostics allows TML to quickly identify and in most cases rectify the caller's issues, however, if there is a need to attend site, our faults co-ordinator will assign an engineer to the problem. All faults are dealt with in accordance with the company's Fault Rectification and Escalation Policy as detailed in our ISO9002 Quality Manual.

    On these systems, TML can offer three choices of maintenance cover:

    Bronze Cover includes:

  • System Cover
  • Monday-Friday 9am-5pm (excluding Bank Holidays). Details as per contract.
  • Helpdesk Support - 0844 826 1661
  • Monday-Friday 9am-5pm. Assistance with telephone system issues and faults.
  • In House Technical Support
  • Monday-Friday 9am-5pm. Remote interrogation and technical advice to
  • Support customers.

    Silver Cover

    This includes all of the above and in addition:

  • Remote Programming
  • 2 x remote programming changes per annum included FOC (usual price £90.00)
  • Half Yearly visit
  • The Maintenance Account Manager will visit every 6 months to take a full system health-check and rectify any small issues.

    Gold Cover

    This includes all of the above and in addition:

  • Dedicated Account Manager
  • A personal contact allocated to your business to discuss and advise on any
  • Telecoms issues.
  • Network Liaison Point
  • Our Helpdesk will act as a central point for all BT faults as well as any CPS faults with Opal or Your Communications. No more 'stuck' in the middle!
